Led by expert sourdough baker Suzi from Doughlaney, a favourite stop at the McKellar Market, this workshop ensures that everyone can actively participate in each step of the sourdough process. You’ll bring home your own starter and a jar of mixed dough to finish fermenting and bake at home. In class, you’ll also have the opportunity to shape and practice scoring prepared loaves, which will be baked on-site and ready to take home! With a focus on personalized guidance, Suzi will ensure you gain the skills and confidence to bake delicious, homemade bread.
