Care That Helps You Understand Your Body Not Just Treat Symptoms
Welcome
I’m Dr. Kate Morrison, ND. I’ve been caring for patients across Ontario since 2006. I completed my four-year postgraduate naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and am fully licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
I provide personalized naturopathic care for adults, teens, and children, addressing a wide range of health concerns through a functional, whole-body lens. My approach blends naturopathic medicine, functional-medicine principles, detailed treatment plans, and data-driven symptom tracking helping you understand your health with clarity.
I also hold Ontario prescribing authority, allowing me to prescribe bio-identical hormones, thyroid medication, vitamin B12 injections, and other therapies within the naturopathic scope when appropriate.
Welcome, you’re in the right place.
Appointments with me are unhurried and focused. You’ll receive clear explanations, a thoughtful plan, and follow-up that supports real, sustainable progress over time.
Let’s navigate your health together.

Why patients choose Dr. Kate
Two decades of naturopathic experience
20 years in naturopathic medicine with a strong clinical foundation. Across my career from direct patient care to roles in infant and family nutrition my work has always centred on physiology, functional wellness, and helping people make informed, meaningful health decisions. This breadth of experience enriches the clinical perspective I bring to every patient encounter.
What makes this care different
Rather than quick visits or one-size-fits-all recommendations, my approach is built around clarity, continuity, and truly individualized care. These are some of the ways patients experience that difference in practice.

Here To Support
Your Care Journey
You’ll also be supported by Lalaine, my patient support coordinator.
She brings a calm, caring, and nurturing presence to our practice — helping patients feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction. Lalaine assists with scheduling, follow-ups, and general email communication, ensuring that the administrative side of your care runs smoothly.
She can be reached at support@whitestonewellness.ca for any appointment-related or non-clinical questions.
While I oversee all aspects of your medical care, Lalaine ensures you feel well supported between visits.
All Included In Your Initial Visit Fee
→ Initial Visit (90 minutes)
→ Personalized Care Plan (delivered within 1–2 business days)
→ 15-Minute Follow-Up Call (1–2 days after you receive your plan)
I’ve built this follow-up call into every initial visit because care doesn’t stop once the plan is written. Having time to review your recommendations, ask questions, and get clear on next steps helps patients feel confident and supported — and leads to better follow-through.
During this call, we can:
Clarify any questions that come up after you’ve had time to read your plan
Align on priorities and next steps
Review supplement recommendations and where to purchase them, if they’re part of your care plan
This structure allows for more thoughtful care and ensures you’re not left trying to interpret everything on your own.
What patients often tell me
Patients frequently share that this is the first time they’ve felt truly heard and understood. They appreciate the level of detail in their treatment plans, the clear explanations, and the time taken to explore the root causes of their symptoms.
Many describe feeling relieved to finally have a practitioner who listens, investigates thoroughly, and provides step-by-step guidance they can follow with confidence. They also find the digital symptom tracking helpful for seeing their progress and understanding their patterns more clearly.
